Ford Commercial: "Energy." The kids run in slow motion through the desert towards a Ford hybrid.
Group Sing: "It Don't Mean a Thing/I Got Rhythm." The kids actually sing and swing around the stage.
Video Package: There were two birthdays in the Idol house, Danny and Allison, so the kids pretend to make cake and get into a food fight.

Instead of wisely sitting center stage he says he loves everyone but based on last night's performances he joins Danny and Allison. He's wrong. He's in the bottom three with Matt and Kris.
Performance: Natalie Cole, "Something's Gotta Give."
Performance: Taylor Hicks, "Seven Mile Breakdown." Hicks plays guitar and shimmies to this hook-free southern-tinged rocker. Afterwards he chats with Ryan about weight loss, playing on Broadway, touring, and advice for the contestants. He thinks it's a great group this year.
Ryan sends Kris back to safety.
Performance: Jamie Foxx, "Blame It" After his performance Jamie compliments all of the top 5 and gives a hug to Matt and Adam.
Going Home: Matt Giraud
