Naomi pressures Addison into working with her rival, Wyatt, on a fertility case; meanwhile Dell fights for sole custody of his daughter, and Violet and Pete considers taking their friends-with-benefits relationship to the next level. Cooper's long-term care for a family forces Oceanside into a quarantine following a measles outbreak, and Charlotte's not too happy either, when she finds out it affects her practice, as well. Pete and Violet's pending relationship comes to light, putting added tension amongst the doctors.
