In 2007 July 7th, Vega Hotel (Kyoto) caught a fire and killed 2 people at 6/F with 7 people luckily escaped.
Now it's 2009, these 7 survivors keep getting killed, with "7-Circle" near corpse, one by one.
Firstly, Kogoro Mouri think all 7 plays Mahjong with victim and caused disputes but police found that none play mahjong.
A disabled police checked 27-age "Ryo Fukase", who got 21-age girlfriend Risa, met at beika shop centre 6/F.
Takagi suspect all 8 people queue at amusement theme park and disputed in queue...
but (Beika 6/F) a stupid/dumb police dropped his police ID in front of Fukase Ryo.
Fukase took Vermouth as hostage but Conan's soccer stun him off. Risa pierced Megure.
Conan got Shiba Park as the final place 2 hrs before the police.
Sonoko watch 8pm Tohto TV and saw Conan ran inside Tohto TV Tower (Kyoto). Sonoko dial Rachel.
The beetle (Beatles) made Detective Boys rescue the actual real police superintendent.
Rachel took a security guard to get up-tower.
Rachel remember Shinichi Kudo, "Do you know, Ran, max speed for bullet is 350km/second."
Finally Irish said to Conan that, he did not reveal Conan's identity "Shinichi Kudo" to Gin due to a deceased Black Organisation member whom Irish respected as his dad. This black member got killed by Gin just because of a very minor fault he caused and Gin knows.
Irish protected the memory card but got shot 2 shots and died.
Irish spoke, "Kudo Shinichi! Keep! Come! After us!"
(... After "Ending Credits" ....)
The 3 kids are being highly praised.
Conan digested Irish's will, "KUDO SHINICHI, KEEP, COME, AFTER US!"
Conan, "Yes, I will! Until the day I destroy YOU (Black Organization)!"

IT's all about Chinese Valentine in Kyoto. The 6 victims are killed with a mahjong piece (7-Circle) next to their corpse. Even other Japan province police also came.
One of the police suddenly spoke that Edogawa Conan (7 yr old) was able to find important things from every murder and serious cases.

A police superintendent, disguised by Irish in Black Suits, began to investigate on Edogawa Conan
He stole Dark Knight Helmet in Teitan High, and sneaked inside Primary school & stole the dorsal fin from Conan's clay Dolphin
Rachel broke Conan's bowl that night, when next day she found Dark Knight helmet got destructed...
When Conan went to primary school people told him his dolphin (Clay) lost its dorsal fin. Conan excused maybe janitor clean and dorsal fin fell down and she brushed it and dispose it. When Rachel's SMS came, Conan realise that the black suits organization is checking him with Kudo Shinichi in Teitan High.
When Conan dial Heiji ask about Chinese Valentine Kyoto. Kazuha nearly made Heiji drop down...Heiji climb back, Kazuha kept saying...Heiji, "Dont speak about Kyoto Hotel, I fear! I fear! I fear!" then Heiji and Kazuha told Conan about that 2-yr-ago Hotel Vega fire and Conan found that the 7 victims are the 7 survived people from that Vega Hotel fire 2 yrs ago.
In the middle, Megure detected a 27-aged Fukase and police began track his 21-yr-old girlfriend Risa.
In the dept Store, Risa used knife to pierce Megure. Megure said he could let it be and ask Risa to stop them arresting her Fukase.
Fukase took a female hostage and left dept store. Conan saw the hostage right foot's injury and detected that this hostage is disguised by the gorgeous Vermouth in Black Suits
Conan used soccer to control Fukase and chased Vermouth until reaching car park, Vermouth really showed up...
Conan met Vermouth at the car park, Vermouth spoke Irish is a kind of whisky purely distilled and mild and pure
Then she called SECURITY! THIS KID SEEMS LOST and nearly drove the security guard to die.
By the help from the Kansai Osaka detektiv Hattori Heiji, Conan found that the 7 victim this time, were all...survived from a 2-yr-ago Kyoto Hotel fire accident inside Vega Hotel who killed a 23 yr old girl Nanako Honjo. Nanako (Nana, 7) boyfriend Mizutani kept condemn himself for not able to be there with Nanako when fire took her.
The reason why it must be 7-circle is because Nana is 7 in Ni-Hom-GoR(Japanese).
Sherry found by Conan's speech and found the next murder scene is Shiba (Grass) Park.
Later, Shiratori found that the 7 victims are also inside that 2-yr-ago Vega Hotal inside Kyoto. and dial to his Cadet school buddy, who appear in movie 7, with chipmunk.

That noble police Ayagokohji Fumimaro told Shiratori that Nanako's boyfriend Mizutani found him in this fire last yr.
Kansai "Speedy" (wave speed) Osaka high school Hattori Heiji also find him on this Vega Hotel fire , just 2 hours ago. when he came out with his chipmunk smiling.
Conan and Hattori really think that the 7 people push Nanako off from escape fire. but later Conan found that it's Nanako willing to sacrifice her life and let the 7 people to escape safety.
Conan had got a message from Nanako boyfriend this time, "There are 8 people who can't be forgiven, NOW THERE IS STILL ONE LEFT"
Conan stare Mizutani and Nanako door plate, the handwriting is very untidy and hideous.
Conan later stare Nanako's funeral and found Nanako's brother handwriting is super neat and tidy, Conan realised that Nanako's borther is the killer not nanako's boyfriend because of the handwriting.
Conan said that it's Nanako's brother and family dislike Nanako left with boyfriend to Kyoto. That is why Nanako's brother wish Mizutani to die, and claim that he made Nanako to die.
Conan said that if use Polaris and Big Dipper to kill it not just destroy the stars beauty but also does not make any sense. Conan found it's nanako's borther that killed the 7 people. Because Nanako's brother handwriting was pretty that showed that he clearly remember these 7 people and kill them for revenge for Nanako.
When Stare Mizutani's handwritten door plate outside their home, Conan find out it's untidy.
Conan went to Kyoto Tower, talk with a female, ask her keep green skateboard and get on Observatory
Conan get above, see Mizutani staring Polaris & Big Dipper and spoke that, Nanako loves these stars right?
Mizutani told Conan that he will suicide after drinking red wine. Conan told Mizutani that dont be stupid to suicide for the real killer. You did not kill anyone, it's Nana's borther killed those 7, you are just scapegoat to Nanako's brother. if you suicide you are really very stupid. He dislikes you. He spoke about nanako's death 2 yr ago from Hotel Vega, just to force you to suicide and go with Nanako together.
Also, you are not real killer, if you die you are really idiot.
Nanako's brother came out.
Conan You strategically used Nanako & Mizutani's favorite, Stars, Polaris and Big Dipper, to create/plan such 7 murders out, and availed Mizutani's love towards stars to force him to be your scapegoat. Very nice. but sorry I found it out because of both your handwriting, you gave your name card with your written phone number on it. and the time when I came see you reading the 7 flower bouquets that the 7 ppl gave Nanako to thank her for let them escape from the Hotel Vega Fire death.
If out of guilt only 1-2 would come to pay Nanako tribute, but now 7 ppl all came, means that they are sincere and wishing to thank nanako to let them be safe and sacrifice herself.
but you clearly remember these 7 ppl contact adresse and ask them to the 7 scenes and kill them for Nanako.
I expected that Nanako was willing to give the lift space out for the 7 to escape and she got killed by the fire. but you keep thinking these 7 ruined Nanako and go kill them, you even add some exaggerated lies when speak to Mizutani , make him planning to suicide.
Now I know, you are the one who killed these 7 not Nanako boyfriend.
Conan kept one Use the love towards Polaris & Big-Dipper to murder these 7 NOT ONLY DESTROY THE beauty of Polaris & big dipper, it Doesn't make any sense too...
But your handwriting told me you are the killer. Just have to look the door Nanako and Mizutani live...the door plate that Mizutani write, such untidy writing means that he is lazy, and did not always plan everything well. How can this kind of person remember those 7 and kill them? Not just the stars does not make any sense.
At night, Rachel got this female's call that Conan was still above and not leaving. Rachel ran to save Conan.

Police (IRish) found Conan Edogawa details and stare, he went Teitan high to steal Kudo's black knight helmet and Conan's primary school and stole the dorsal fin from conan's handmade clay dolphin.
Fingerprint checking was 98% identical.

Conan read SMS, "Shinichi! your helmet was found destroyed by Drama club committee."
Conan reply Rachel, "I am now handling a very very nasty case, I dont know if I could come back to you or not. Please stop phone me, or SMS to me or email. Just regard me deceased. I am sorry Ran."

Conan dial to Heiji Hattori and he answer the phone. Kazuha shouted and Heiji nearly dropped off dead. Heiji climb and blame Kazuha, "I nearly got killed by you, Kazuha!"

When Irish nearly killed Conan, Rachel got a friend telling her that Conan had gone to Kyoto Tower alone, Rachel decided to save Conan and fight with Irish...
Irish got memory card safe from Conan but got killed...Irish died with "KUDO SHINICHI, KEEP COMING AFTER US!!!!!!"
Conan kept getting attacked in the roof in Kyoto Tower!
Chianti, "Wahahaha, our maus got cornered. We must have to kill this disgusting mouse now!"
Conan realised roof is dangerous. He took the red dome and tied it with his special stretch belt...Conan push the dome to bring himself down...
Before Black Suits are still happy that they would win. Conan released his red dome and it broke the black suits helicopter.
Conan won. Chianti "OH MAN HE HIT OUR HELICOPTER!"
Gin say DAMN HIM and left.
Vermouth thought, "Kudo, you would be able to win us. one day I will wait you to destroy us." and left by her bike.
Rachel was badly injured and Conan came ... Conan told Rachel that Shinichi (Jimmy) said he wish Rachel to call him again. Rachel was glad that Shinichi finally let her call again...
But Rachel, "I'm already lucky enough to meet Shinichi in movie 7. There are lovers who can only meet each other once per year...7 July couple...Weaving Maid & Cowherd. Compared to them I am already very lucky!"
the kids saved police superintendent...sato and Takagi drove to get that police superintendent back to police station...

This is currently one of the best Conan movie from now on, even better than movie 10.
