The episode opens with a mysterious burglary at Walt Whitman where the only thing stolen is Pete's personal records then he later finds out that someone has stolen his medical records as well from the nurses office. Toby is a new student at Walt Whitman who seems strangely fascinated with Pete to the point of asking him weird questions about flat feet and ambidexterous qualities (is a stalker?) It turns out Toby isn't like Glen Close in Fatal Attraction hes a good kid you should feel sorry for. This kid is really messed up because Pete tries to tell him how much it would hurt his adoptive parents who have loved and raised him (that is what makes a person a parent).

Toby Ellis, a new student who was adopted, believes Pete is his biological father.
An interesting episode. It begins with a burglary in the school where only Pete's records are taken. Pete finds out Toby is the burglar and he tells Pete he thinks he is his father. It seems he went to the same school as Toby's mother, but Pete says he never knew her. Toby asks Pete if he can stay with him.
