Factual errors: At the beginning, Flack is seen performing CPR on the victim, until the victim is declared dead by Angell. Correct procedure would require them to continue CPR until EMTs or MDs arrive (EMTs are usually continuing CPR until they arrive at the hospital, as only MDs are qualified to legally declare a victim dead).
