20 young people leave for their dream jobs abroad. Everyone has a phone/camera each day and are blogging online (texts, photos, videos). Six of them, most charismatic ones, are being observed by tv cameras all the time. Each episode is dedicated to one of them. In 30 minutes, most important moments from auditions, interviews with friends, family members; departing to new place, first impressions; dossier about country (using modern graphics); first days at work; happy moments and difficulties confronting new mentality at work, everyday life, different culture. In the end of the episode, information about participants' success in this show is shown in captions. At the and of each episode short reports (filmed with mobile phones about other participants working in other countries) are shown. In the final episode, all participants are sharing their impressions, best episodes from their stories are shown and hints about same fun next summer are given to viewers.
