Funny watch for Christmas
22 October 2015 | by (Berlin, Germany) – See all my reviews

"Fairy Tale Police" is a 9minute short film from 7 years ago. It is a nice mix of reality and fantasy. We follow two cops during their every day work, only difference is that they are investigating in the fairytale world. Their first case involves domestic violence as an elf called them because the big bad Wolf is holding Red Riding Hood hostage in a house. The second case is about Santa and his reindeer being involved in a hit-and-run. I loved the last words of the wolf before he is pushed in the police car and I also liked how they blurred out his genitals under the granny costume night gown. That was pretty funny. i preferred the first half of the film, but the second wasn't bad either with Rudolph's red nose coming from alcohol abuse. This was written and directed by Adam Green, not the singer, and features actress Rachael Leigh Cook and a couple semi-famous actors co-starring with her. I thought it was a funny watch and recommend this little movie.
