- There is an "Uncaged" version of the game on the PS3, XBOX 360, and PC that is much more violent than the other versions. There is a massive amount of blood and gore in this game.
- (Uncaged version) You can dismember people by using both of your claws to cut off their arms and legs.
- (Uncaged version) You can also cut people in half.
- (Uncaged version) You can also decapitate people in a very aggressive manner.
- (Uncaged version) If Wolverine takes enough damage, his bones and muscles are exposed.
