News has learned Kate Middleton's sister is taking High Court action against a "person or persons unknown," filing as the claimant in the case listed, which is to be heard at the High Court in London on Wednesday. The case is listed as "Middleton & anr v The Person or Persons Unknown" and gives no indication regardubg what it's about. However, the filing comes just a couple days after a 35-year-old man suspected of hacking Pippa's iCloud account was freed on bail Sunday, police confirmed to NBC News.
