Come and play hide and seek, mommy?
Catherine Weaver: I'm working.
Savannah: But you promised.
Catherine Weaver: Patience is a virtue, Savannah. To tolerate delay. It implies self-control and forbearance, as opposed to wanting what we want when we want it. Something to think about.

For a long time I didn't watch prime time television shows. Not since the 80's and early 90's anyway. Now for the past 3 years I have found my way back to them and have a chosen few to watch or at least I did. Now with the exception of Smallville and Supernatural every show I get hooked on has either been canceled or in danger of becoming so. Now it appears that Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles is now going to be a member of the lost and forgotten. What the heck I ask! I am sick of this! Back in the 80's shows actually lasted a while no matter where they were in the ratings. Now all of a sudden if a show isn't in the top 5 it gets canceled. This is seriously getting out of hand. I am tired of falling in love with a show and and then these money hungry producers and network executives pulling the plugs on them. I can sit here and list at least 6 that I was interested in that didn't last more than 1 season. C-Mon!!! The Sarah Connor Chronicles has taken some weird turns and sometimes doesn't even seem like it would fit in Terminator genre but still something about the shows still compels viewers to stick with it and watch. There is a lack of good sci-fi shows out there and now that they got one going it seems it's doomed to the failed TV show abyss. Please, stop the cancellation frenzy and let a TV show play out. If you have to, change the writers. A show isn't going to grab every kind of viewer but the faithful will stick with it. So be faithful to us as TV once was.
