The city tows Stan's car from his driveway because it's parked in front of a fire hydrant. This law only applies to cars that are parked on the street not in a private driveway since a firetruck isn't going to park in any driveway. See more »
An above ground sprinkler on the front lawn! No sir! What's next, prostitutes rising out of the ground and spitting all over our lawns? Well not in my neighborhood!

This episode is very good. In this episode, Roger, well actually, one of Roger's persona's, becomes the chairman of the homeowners' association in their neighborhood. And Stan is not happy at all. Roger, actually, Roy Rogers McFreely, changes a lot of rules in the neighborhood. Stan is furious, I think mainly because he doesn't have control. Roger is taunting Stan on purpose. First, Roger adds a fire hydrant in front of the Smith's home. Which allows him to get Stan's car towed. Good one. Then Roger arranges to have trash pickups at the Smith house at 4:30AM, and puts motion sensor lights on their lawn. Stan files a motion to have Roger's shenanigans undone. But his motion is denied. Overall, I really like this episode and I give it a 9 out of 10.
