I entered this film hoping for a new angle on the destruction of the planet and all I got was a Biblical interpretation of the end of life as we know it. I don't mind the Biblical references, but when that's all I see, then I feel hoodwinked. Just another attempt to rope everyone in (with special effects) to the prophecies of the Bible. I'm not a religious person, but I am very open to ideas, but this visual aberration is insulting. What puzzles me is how religious zealots can use current tragedies as examples, completely forgetting similar examples like the Spanish Flu from nearly a hundred years ago, as possible examples of the end of times. It's like 9/11 is the epitome of terrorist acts when there have been so many more in the past. This is garbage and should not be taken as anything more than propaganda.
