Lea Michele‘s enviable fit body is thanks in part to her ability to say no.
“I’m good in the sense that I’ve never eaten fast food. I do not drink soda. I don’t eat candy,” she recently told E! News. The singer, who released her new album, Places, on Friday, says she keeps her house filled with only healthy foods so when she wants to binge it’s “good food that’s worth it.”
Regular SoulCycle classes and long hikes also allow Michele to go a little overboard from time to time. “I love working out. »

His investigations lead him to a reclusive ballerina who, just like his patient, is convinced that she is about to die at the hands of this disturbing entity. In the bleak Scottish highlands, Finn counsels his new patient, under the watchful eye of her sinister ballet teacher. He soon finds himself entangled in a ballet of paranoia, dark agendas and a maze of deadly twists and turns, as the legend of the Owlman becomes a terrifying reality.

Jeff Goldblum fans rejoiced after THR revealed on April 25 that the Oscar-nominated actor will star in next year’s untitled sequel to “Jurassic World,” but no one could have been happier than Universal Pictures. Though Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard were already confirmed to reprise their roles from the 2015 film, landing Goldblum is a huge win for the studio, as he bridges the gap between the first two “Jurassic Park” movies and the fifth installment of the franchise, which will be directed by “A Monster Calls” director J.A. Bayona.
Goldblum will once again play Dr. Ian Malcolm, the sharp-witted mathematician who had some of the most memorable lines in 1993’s “Jurassic Park,” and who returned as the lead in the 1997 sequel “The Lost World.” Universal shouldn’t have a problem »

Glee had a number of wonderful, perfect performances over the years. See "Don't Rain on My Parade" and "Make You Feel My Love." And then there were songs like "Gangnam Style," which co-creator Ryan Murphy proclaimed as the worst song Glee ever did. But Lea Michele doesn't agree, she said on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen. "No, I think the worst was 'What Does the Fox Say' song. It was like an internet sensation song that we did with puppets. That was definitely my least favorite song we ever did," Michele told Andy Cohen and fellow guest Andrea Martin. And the best? "I think the best was probably 'Somebody to Love' or 'Don't Stop »

Some reality TV eliminations you can see coming from a mile away. Whether we've grown savvy to editing tricks, using them for clues, or the contested performance is just so plainly horrible that the bigger shock would be if the contestant in question managed to squeak by, it's not often rocket science to deduce who's getting the boot. But every now and then, an elimination on our favorite reality shows comes along that's so shocking that we're left sitting as #blindsided as the eliminated party. The latest example of this being, of course, Heather Morris' stunning elimination from season 24 of Dancing With the Stars, which came for the Glee alum and former Beyonce back-up dancer in only week six »

The 30-year-old Glee star told Gma's Lara Spencer that after Monday's episode of DWTS -- in which Morris and Chmerkovskiy were shockingly eliminated from the show -- Chmerkovskiy and his fiancee, Peta Murgatroyd, had "some sort of run-in with a man near their house" that was "trying to break into" the residence.

Heather Morris had the perfect night on Dancing With the Stars. Well, almost perfect. The Glee veteran reunited with her professional dance partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy after he sat out three weeks due to a calf injury, and the pair received a perfect score—four 10s—for their rumba to TLC's "Waterfalls." And then they were eliminated. "I was very, very excited to get the Disney 10s—and all the 10s—but I watch a lot of reality television," Morris told E! News' Sibley Scoles after she was sent home.
