Bill, Louis, Francis, and Zoey find themselves stuck in the city of Fairfield, Pennsylvania in the middle of an epidemic known as the Green Flu. They make their way to Mercy Hospital, where the infection is suspected to have started, and are rescued by a news helicopter. Unfortunately, the pilot becomes infected and Zoey must shoot him. They crash in nearby Whitney County, and from there cross a bridge on foot to a truck depot, where they take a truck and drive towards Riverside. A destroyed bridge at a turnpike on the way to Riverside forces the survivors to fight through infected zombies again. They enter Riverside through a church where a crazy man won't let them in his safe room. The "church guy" rings the bell and calls a horde. After he succumbs to the infection, the door unlocks and the survivors kill him. Although throughout the 'No Mercy' campaign you are heading for 'Mercy hospital' and can see it in many areas of the game due to the huge logo at the top of the building, when you finally reach the roof top, the 'Mercy Hospital' logo is missing during the final battle and helicopter escape. Bill: Hold up!
[examines a pile of corpses, touches a green fluid]
Bill: Never seen anything like this before...
Francis: Geez! Don't let that stop you from smearing it all over yourself.

Decent enough game. Nothing outstanding
24 April 2013 | by (Valhalla) – See all my reviews

I don't really know why I picked up this game. I think it was because that I could play something with my brother through a campaign as opposed to going up against each other. Well After a while he didn't want to play it and I played the last three parts of this game alone.

The plot (or what there is of one) is that four survivors are in the middle of a Zombie Apocalypse. They have to walk from place to place shooting zombies (which are very much like the ones seen in 28 Days Later) going to a place containing a radio and they call for a (Helicopter/Speedboat/Military truck) and they get in the transport and repeat.

And now I'm going to talk about the game play. It is fun, especially when you come across the Special Infected. The AI for the survivors is really good, there is no "What the hell is he doing?" That you might see in popular games. It is worth it for a mindless game to play but this game is not memorable.
