The team grudgingly accepts that Nate, who seems to be struggling with alcohol abuse, accepted the case of a charity whose treasurer, investment professional Jack Hurley, apparently embezzled all the funds. It turns out he has gambling and other debts with violent gangs of various ethnic origin. After Hurley crushes his car while escaping drunk, Nate organizes for Jack, himself as roommate and Parker to be enrolled in an addictions rehab clinic, where Sophie is hired as their group therapist. Did You Know?

Once again, the aliases used are references to Doctor Who (1963). Tom Baker, Nate's alias, was one of the actors to portray The Doctor. Rose, Parker's alias, was the name of one of The Doctor's companions. Similarly, in 108, "The Mile High Job", Nate also uses the alias Tom Baker, while the female uses the name of one of the companions (that time it was Sarah Jane). See more »

Receptionist: [Alec and Eliot arrived at the clinic and rings the desk bell] Can I help you?
Eliot Spencer: You sure can. Here to see a patient of yours - Mr. Tom Baker.
Receptionist: What is your relationship?
Eliot Spencer: Why?
Receptionist: Second Act has a strict policy. Only family members can see patients. We want to make sure outside influences don't hamper our client's recoveries.
Eliot Spencer: I think that is an excellent policy.
[Eliot smile flirtingly]
Eliot Spencer: I'm Tom's brother.
[Eliot extends his left hand to shake reception's hand]
Eliot Spencer: Hi! Mark.
