As the title of my review states: Absolutely no reason for a remake I generously give two stars instead of none. ( if that was even possible) for the acting, and the few new ideas they added. But they had no excuse what so ever for remaking the Chan-wook Park masterpiece that is 2003's old boy This American idealism of remaking everything just to put the Hollywood stamp on it infuriates me, That said I would never recommend this movie to someone, and please go watch the original if you doubt me.
In conclusion i think there is nothing more one can do but vote down these insignificant attempts of fame I would go as far as to say shame on Hollywood, because there is: Absolutely no reason for a remake.
