Storyline

In her current job search, Erica runs into Antigone Morris nee Kim, a rival from Erica's university days. Antigone's professional life seems successful, her success based in large part to her connections through Literati, a secret society from university, Literati members who support their own. Erica was invited to join Literati, but her gut told her at the time that if their pseudo-Gothic initiation ritual was anything like the club, it was not for her. Erica now regrets the decision not to join. Dr. Tom sends Erica back to second year at university when she was invited to join the group. Although Erica still realizes that Literati is in spirit not what she would be attracted to, she decides that one of the benefits of Literati membership is to discredit Claire, the now wife of her best friend, Ethan. What I Am Is What I Am (#1.2)

The second episode stays very promising.

I liked her trying to stay in Literatti just to learn that she is not the right person for it and that her action even though they offer a good career will make her unhappy.

I also liked the story of Clair and Ethan. She is of course portraying a very stereotypical student activist, but this does not prevent the character from being interesting. Even though we know she will cheat on Ethan, I feel for Clair. Besides that I like Ethan's conclusion of their relationship, that eve though it ended in a bad way, he is happy that it happened.

And we will see what will happen with Ethan now, I have a feeling Erika will end up dating him.
