There are 2 sex scenes in the movie; not particularly graphic but definitely sex.

A teenage boy and a teenage girl have sex in a car. You can see her bare breasts. He kisses them. The girl goes down on the boy while another girl watches from outside.

A teenage girl asks a teenage boy to "fuck her" leading to them having sex in a car. They're both quite drunk/high on cannabis.

A teenage girl grabs a teenage guy's testicles.

A teenage girl asks a boy to suck her finger. She asks him if it's "finger lickin' good."

A teenage boy is forced to urinate in front of a teenage girl and a man. The girl threatens to nail his penis to a chair if he doesn't.

It's implied that there may be an almost incestual relationship between a father and daughter. (This is probably based on an audience's personal perception.)

A man tells his son he was conceived in the back of a car.

This movie contains scenes of strong bloody violence, torture and self-harm.

A male figure is seen walking in a road covered in blood.

A teenage boy keeps a razor blade on a necklace, and uses it to self-mutilate. His hand is seen bleeding in one of these scenes. He is later kidnapped and tied to a chair. A teenage girl injects bleach into his voice-box so he is unable to speak/scream. (The noises that he makes are very disturbing.)

A teenage girl threatens to nail a teenage boy's penis to a chair if he doesn't urinate.

A man and a teenage girl throw rocks at a teenage boy who has climbed up a tree to try and hide from them. They hit him and he tumbles down from quite a height. The man and the teenage girl nail the teenage boy's feet to the floor with knives after tying him up again. (Very graphic, close-up shots.)

We see several images of young boys having been mutilated in photos.

The teenage girl carves the letters "L S" into the boy's chest with a fork (actual carving is offscreen, but we see the grisly results). She then throws handfuls of salt on the wounds. Very disturbing.

The girl and the man attempt to lobotomize the boy using a drill. They manage to drill into the front of his skull but the girl complains that the hole is "too small to pour boiling water into." The boy manages to slash the man with blade on his necklace. The boy stabs the man repeatedly in the neck after pulling the knives out of his feet. (Bloody and graphic).

The boy pushes the man into a pit full of previous abductees. They are near-starving and have turned into cannibalistic, almost-inhuman savages. They eat the man as the boy watches in horror. The boy kills the cannibalistic captives using a hammer. The surroundings are dark so it's not too graphic.

A girl smothers a lobotomized woman with a pillow. She later drives a meat cleaver into a policeman's face. (Graphic and sudden) The policeman drops his gun which the boy in the pit uses to attempt to shoot the girl.

A girl tries to kill another girl in a car using a knife.

A girl is hit by a car. She isn't dead and begins crawling along the road using a knife to help her.As she crawls up we can see her body is severely mutilated. The car is then reversed, and she dies on impact.

The language is pretty mild. There are a few uses of the F-word.

A teenage boy uses marijuana as a way of dealing with his depression.

A teenage boy is seen dealing drugs with one of his friends.

A teenage boy uses marijuana as a way of dealing with his anxiety over a prom date.

A teenage girl and a teenage boy are seen drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana in a car.

The movie is fairly disturbing and intense. The violent/torture scenes are all pretty disturbing/intense (See Violence/Gore Section for more info).

A teenage boy's father is revealed to have been killed in a car accident. The boy presumes that this accident was his own fault as he was driving.

There is one sad animal scene. A dog is shown crawling home and has to later be taken to the vet after being attacked earlier in the film off-screen. The dog passes silently in the car on the way to the vet in an incredibly dark and saddening scene.
