Tremendous performances !
31 July 2011 | by (Arizona, United States) – See all my reviews

I must admit that this is the first time I have ever seen the actress, Vanessa Bell Calloway. After viewing her filmography, I find it hard to believe that I've never taken notice of her, before today. Well, she had my attention from moment one ! I was unexpectedly enthralled by this film ! I would only surmise that it was the seemingly genuine and peerless acting ability of Vanessa Bell Calloway that caught and held my attention. Because the format, scenarios, and even possibly the characters strangely remind me of "Sanford and Son" (I never did care much for that show). Sadly, I didn't get to finish watching "Applause for Miss E". But from what I did see, I will most definitely be on the lookout for ANY movie that Vanessa Bell Calloway is starring in.
