Own the rights?
In actuality, I haven't seen the movie yet. However in response to the irresponsible comment by Mark Volzer, I certainly do know that it is out on DVD. Even Blockbuster carries a few copies on their shelves ( I know i saw 3 at my local store). It did however come out fairly recently though. So the commenter who had the gall to rant about something to someone, and call him out on stealing when he was completely unaware of the reality of the situation is in my opinion absolutely unacceptable. In any case, in my opinion it looks like it could either be a fairly strong movie with an interesting take on a slave trade and a decent movie or a an uninspired mess from what i have seen so far, but I'm certainly intrigued enough to give it a look.
