  • Suzanna Reid read the latest news headlines and Daniel Corbett forecast the Weather. Washington Post London Bureau Chief, Mary Jordan, and Writer and Broadcaster Gyles Brandreth reviewed the Sunday news papers with Sophie Raworth. Mobile phone entrepreneur & philanthropist, Mo Ibrahim talks to Sophie about his life and work, especially his charitable foundation which he has set up to promote good governance in African states. Classical singer Katherine Jenkins spoke to Sophie about her life and work as a singer, her American deal to make a new album in Los Angeles and her future work in opera. The former chairman, Lloyds TSB Bank Group, Sir Brian Pitman, and Hector Sants, chief executive, Financial Services Authority discussed with Sophie the current state of the banking system, the problems they have faced and the solutions that have been applied. Sophie spoke to Business Secretary Lord Mandelson about the government strategy for combating the recession and rebuilding the economy. Mezzo-soprano Katherine Jenkins sang out the show.
