Good Suspense!

Good old fashioned suspense feel to it! I kept wondering "what's going to happen?" That's always a good sign for a movie, right?! Excellent performances ... You feel that the characters, in another place and time, may have known each other under very different circumstances and who knows what would have happened then? Well directed, with cool camera angles ... Script is spare and simple but manages to include some classy touches of dark humor! Even though this is a short, you have a sense of a beginning, middle and end ... With some twists and turns that make you think about the story later on. The soundtrack music just works beautifully with the story,something about its jaunty flavor contrasts well with the more serious matter of the story and gives you an extra chill or two!

[Pushes Chris onto the kitchen table. Throws a hand towel at her to wipe her bloody face. Then he points his gun at her]
Mr. D: Get your husband on the phone, now!
Chris Richardson: I can't, he left his cell phone here.
Mr. D: I guess we're in for a long night.
[Takes out his cell phone, dials a number and attaches a silencer to the end of his gun]
Mr. D: [to phone] Yeah it's me, I'm at the house. The wife says he's out of town, and won't be back till morning, just gonna sit tight, call me when you get in.

Chris Richardson: What do you want with Chris?
