Storyline

Tells the incredible and often outrageous story of two men in a small, southern town who endured relentless attacks in order to draw national attention to the plight of the uninsured and bring about health care reform. Dr. John Bagnato and Charles Rehberg exposed shocking and unethical practices towards uninsured patients at their local non-profit hospital in Albany, GA. Their discoveries led to class action lawsuits against 37 health care systems nationally - all led by Dick Scruggs, the attorney who fought Big Tobacco. Written by Anonymous
