Did You Know?

As a "not so subtle" coincidence with this being the 100th episode, when the show begins we see a man descending stairs trying desperately to exit the stairwell and the first doors we see him trying to open are for floor 100. See more »

Mac Taylor has a clearly visible scar above his heart, received when he was injured during the bombing of the the Marine barracks in 1983. However this scar is not evident during Mac's morning swim. See more »

Detective Stella Bonasera: Hey.
Adam Ross: Hey.
Detective Stella Bonasera: What are you still doing here?
Adam Ross: Oh, some friends of mine stood me up for pizza so just down on top of things, ya know.
Detective Stella Bonasera: Mind if I join you?
Adam Ross: Oh, no, no, please.
Detective Stella Bonasera: Okay, so what do we got? That doesn't look like work.
Adam Ross: It really isn't. I was just curious. You know there are three Sheldon Hawkes in New York state and there are ten Danny Messers.
Detective Stella Bonasera: Ten?
Adam Ross: Yeah.

Who Wants To Kill One Of The People Named Mac Taylor?
28 January 2011 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

This story was kind of a clever one, with someone apparently trying to kill someone named "Mac Taylor." No, not particularly our Mac (series star Gary Sinise) but some Mac Taylor in New York City.

After a short time, the clues and expert CSI work make it look like whoever is after someone named Mac Taylor is actually trying to find the right one, because he doesn't know. He only knows the kind of car he drives.

Anyway, if that sounds confusing, the episode gets that way, too, with lots of evidence and strange bits of buttons, smears, prints, different kinds of deaths.... on and on. It gets very involved but it's a very interesting case with a dramatic ending.

Along the way, we get some inklings about some possible future romances here involving some of the CSI gang.

This marked the 100th episode of this fine TV program.
