Storyline

Emily is a typical 20-something with one glaring difference - for her, the line between reality and imagination has drastically begun to blur. Constant paranoia and a feeling of being followed has caused her to be institutionalized. Now she finds herself trapped between what is real, and what may be real, as her doctors tell her one thing, and her mind tells her another. With no way of knowing, she will slip in and out of truths until she can get a grasp on the world around her. You never know who is watching you. Written by Anonymous

It was better when I read the box!!
5 June 2017 | by See all my reviews

A-Z Horror Movie of the Day..."The Locker" (NR - 2009 - US)

Sub-Genre: Psycho/Thriller

My Score: 4.2

Cast=2 Acting=4 Plot=7 Ending=5 Story=5 Scare=3 Jump=4 F/X=3 Psycho=7 Thrill=2

Fact, fantasy, and paranoia become hopelessly intertwined when a young woman is institutionalized for insisting that she's the lone escapee and survivor from a masked maniac that kidnaps and tortures beautiful women.

It's really hard to see the forest through the trees here. I liked the premise a lot, but the budget was so low and the script so bad that I think "Serial Apist 2: Monkey See Monkey Kill" would be an Oscar winner in comparison. I can't honestly recommend it, but there were some decent points. This is definitely one of those movies that was better when I read the box.
