Character error

The police file shows Bonomo's (Sylvester Stallone) date of birth as April 24, 1962, however, in the beginning when they are showing his mug shots, he has allegedly arrested in Clark County, Nevada on 01/29/1968 and Dade County, Florida on December 20, 1971. In both mug shots, he was clearly an adult, even though by those dates, he would have only been 5 on the date of the first arrest and 9 in the second one.

Continuity

Near the end, Bonomo meets Kwon in a bar and he is drinking his 2 Bullets bourbon again. When they finish talking, Bonomo is shown tilting his glass all the way back to empty the glass. But when he puts the glass on the bar, we clearly see a small amount of bourbon left in the glass.

When Bonomo and Kwon first meet in the bar, Bonomo pours himself a drink from the bottle he brought. You can clearly see bubbles resting on the top of the liquid in the bottle, indicating that it is not alcohol. Bubbles formed by agitation in alcohol dissolve extremely quickly, and it shows that it is either colored water, or more likely, tea, which is what is most often used to simulate whiskey in films or on TV.
