Chopped in Half

This is a great show. Not because it reveals the secrets, but because it often reveals some "magicians" as lazy, cheap charlatans. In this episode, for example, we see clever, deceptively simple but impressive tricks - *and* the car metamorphosis. Like it is said, these tricks are ones that have been performed by various illusionists, which means some idiot illusionist somewhere must have performed this cheat. As explained, the car metamorphosis can only be performed on TV and therefore is not an actual illusion, just a cheat that some 3rd-rate lowlife has done on TV, threatening to give all magicians the reputation of cheating. These kind of tricks *must* be revealed and the idiots performing them driven to the ends of the Earth as outcasts. Kudos to the makers of this program to exposing these despicable "artists". Also, some tricks have obviously been selected for reveal because they have been used for years and years, in some cases a full century, by several different magicians who are too lazy to come up with tricks unique to them. For this too, the makers of the show should be congratulated. They should do one series every decade.
