Storyline

The party season peeks as New Year and - Eve, with a visit from Whippet's favorite celebrity, Paris Hilton. The lifeguards check whether hundreds sleeping on the beach are just drunk or in real trouble. Underaged curs drink illegally, one nearly drowns and another needs handcuffs for refusing to come along with the police. Some seriously injured men show (too?) manly bravery.
