I really had low expectations of this movie but I was stunned that it was so good. I seems like a typical movie about college kids getting lost in the desert and getting killed. I thought I knew what was going to happen but what I thought was going to happen didn't happen. It was unpredictable on all aspects. These college kids are getting somewhere and that's not really important because the driver gets yelled at for taking a short cut and they all end up in the middle nowhere in this cabin with a screeching creature that only comes out at night. The acting isn't the greatest but the story and how it's put together is terrific. The creature in the movie isn't shown a whole lot and that's good because it gives the movie a lot of mystery. The eyes were one of the scariest parts and I didn't know whose eyes were going to turn that color. It was a surprise. It was a good movie.
