Spoofs

The Exorcist (1973)
When Patty exorcises the ghost from Abby by slapping her and yelling 'The power of Patty compels you!', this echoes Max von Sydow and Jason Miller's line in the 1973 movie, 'The power of Christ compels you!' Also, Abby's head turns to face her-much like Linda Blair's portrayal of possessed Reagan.
