"He's up to something.I can smell the scent from here."

So Josh West is well and truly back and at his smarmy worst. It's typical that he manages to win the usually suspicious Colleen around by throwing money about and also that he's able to appeal to Hayley's better nature to get her onside.Alf, naturally, remains far from convinced and with all his plotting and scheming it's obvious that he's right.

Amanda finds herself more and more involved in Josh's doings and seeing her as the victim helps to make us more sympathetic towards her, even if it doesn't seem to have much effect on Leah. Her attempts to distract the typically surly council receptionist and belief that she can hide the electoral roll in her handbag suggest she's such an incompetent crook Josh would be better off on his own.

The writers still seem to be trying to convince us that Scott and Hayley are some sort of perfect couple, even though they seem to be a lot better suited to their current partners.Although Amanda seems to be doing a pretty good job of sabotaging that herself.
