T-Series signs partners for Pandey film

Indian production house T-Series is teaming with Crouching Tiger Motion Pictures and Friday Filmworks to co-produce a project directed by Neeraj Pandey and starring Akshay Kumar.

The as-yet-untitled action thriller reunites Pandey and Kumar following their 2013 hit Special 26. Their second project is currently in production and is shooting across several foreign locations. Release is scheduled for January 23, 2015.

Gulshan Kumar’s T-Series is a leading Indian music company as well as production house, while Friday Filmworks was founded by Pandey and producer Shital Bhatia.

Crouching Tiger Motion Pictures is a joint venture between producer Rajnish Khanuja and Abundantia Entertainment, founded by former Viacom18 Motion Pictures COO Vikram Malhotra.

Pandey’s first feature was the critically acclaimed terrorist thriller A Wednesday in 2008, which he followed with crime drama Special 26, starring Kumar, Kajal Agarwal and Manoj Bajpayee, in 2013. »

Anupam Kher loves teaching more than acting

Mumbai, March 9: He is a versatile actor and successful too, but Anupam Kher says he enjoys teaching more than acting.

The actor, who turned 59 Friday, runs acting institute Actor Prepares.

"I love teaching more than I love acting. It's great to give out than to take from others. There is no syllabus for acting and it's a great feeling. I also get to learn a lot from the new generation," said Anupam.

Ali Zafar Talks All Things Total Siyapaa!

Akshay Kumar’s next film to be released on Republic Day 2015

Release date postponed for Total Siyapaa

Following the success of the first trailer the makers of Total Siyapaa decided to postpone the release date of the movie to 7th of March this year.

Total Siyapaa is the story of an Indian girl, played by Yami Gautam falls in love with Pakistani boy, Ali Zafar in the film and their comical journey. It also stars the real life couple, Anupam Kher and Kirron Kher in doing what they do best, comedy. The film is directed by E Niwas (My Name Is Anthony Gonsalves) and the script is penned by Neeraj Pandey, who is famed for his award-winning dramas A Wednesday and Special Chabbis.
