This episode was the natural progression after the end of season 2, with Robin out for revenge for Guy killing Marian. I do think it was a little rushed. It was a little jarring to see Robin throwing off his men and being totally driven by revenge. It would have been good to see the progression of Robin sinking into a depression over time, but maybe the writers thought that would have been too depressing. Also the ending was rushed. He has a complete turnaround in like 3 minutes.
I do like Tuck. He's a great fighter, but we already see his wisdom and forbearance at work. It'll be interesting to see what they do with him. (I know I'm with this like 15 years after the fact, but just go with it.)
Several stars off for the completely avoidable mistake of showing a solar eclipse, and then showing an obvious daytime crescent moon over Robin's right shoulder immediately afterward. How did the producers miss that?
