Storyline
The Yugoslavian ambassador and his wife get a tour on a ship on the Maas in the presence of the mayor. The river police keep an eye out. Suddenly there are three shots. The ambassador gets shot in the head and dies on his way to the hospital. The building, from where the shots were fired, is surrounded immediately. Four people come out. Luc Dupont is a Belgian who studies in Delft. He was with Jetje de Groot. A shy Dutch girl. They both say they haven't heard any of the shots. They both seem very unlikely candidates for the murder. Then there is Pieter Scheper. He is a freelance photographer and has a job as a waiter at the Park Hotel, where the ambassador stayed. Rayna asks where he originally comes from and writes it down: Pec. Pec is a place in Yugoslavia. Has he got a motive for killing the Yugoslavian ambassador? He was a volunteer in the army and a perfect marksman. The fourth person is a homeless person. He was very drunk when they got everyone out of the building. Next day ... Written by
