A chucklesome episode.

Alvin and Entwistle take up roller skating, which some problematic results, Howard hatches a cunning plan to meet up with Marina.

It's not great, but it does have a few chuckles here and there. I did like the look on Howard's face as he looks set to meet his eternal flame, the look of glee on Truly's face was even better.

It's a pity that they didn't build on the chemistry between Nora and Alvin, aside from Howard and Marina, it's these two that provide the laughs.

It's nice to see The two Policemen taking more of a main role with the main gang, I had no idea how big a guy he is. They are funny, you now just wonder where the car will crash next.

Not hilarious, but fun, 7/10.

Howard wants to review old traditions such as Morris Dancing as he dresses up in bells on his legs.

It is all a ruse to meet up with Marina and Pearl knows it.

Maybe Marina and Miss Davenport are destined to fall into the arms of a pair of rugged men. It turns out to the two dozy policemen.

PC Cooper wants to be in tune with his more gentler side, he does not want to rough it up. Then he and PC Walsh go rollerskating where they bump into the two ladies. Much to Howard's annoyance.

I have no idea why Alvin and Entwistle felt the need to go rollerskating dressed up like bandits. I expected that would had been an activity they would have already done before.

A mildly amusing episode. I liked Auntie Wainwright reminiscing how she broke off an engagement as her fiance did not buy a ring with a big enough discount. He was not as tightfisted as she liked him to be.
