Did You Know?

The address on the envelope received by Franklin Franklin is 1700 Marlton Avenue, which does not exist in Los Angeles. The Marlton Building, filming location for the apartments, had an actual street address of 4041 S. Marlton Avenue, and was part of a mixed office/retail development. It has since been demolished. bizarrely heartwarming, & life's message/answer at the end -sit through it -

I cant believe no one has reviewed this film- so hard to "label" this one. I can tell you it is a bit "left field" and goes along with "life is stranger than fiction", it is not action packed, it is steady , plodding ,testing your loyalty, weighing you. trying to see if you are worthy of the message this movie delivers,-Literally - the filmmakers have given you life's meaning, spelled out word for word, in a crappy little semi-comedy, on the surface that's what this film is ... but, I'll bet you a dollar, this film makes you cry.

The main character spends the whole film in his underwear, and Johnny Knoxville does a great job of breaking his typecast in this,

I cant say this movie is like ..it's not like anything i can think of...maybe kinda has the same feel and pace as "spun", it is not like anything i have seen, it is a twisted tale of human interaction, told from an unwitting standpoint... and if you are like me , you will be sucker punched with the second half of this movie, you WILL be moved , and if you don't cry, I owe you a dollar-- I think this movie changed me--
