Around 18:40 when Nate is stopped by Marcus we see him take out his headphone twice and when the cameras are shot at the side angle of Marcus and Nate, Nate is holding his pair of headphones. When Marcus is on screen and you can only see part of Nate you can clearly see the headphone wire at the back on Nate neck going to his right shoulder.
