Storyline

Rick is unhappy when Ridge and Brooke tell him that Eric has given over the company to them. Marcus and Steffy find out about the deal from paperwork on Eric's desk. Meanwhile, Eric collapses after making love, and a panicky Donna calls 911. At the hospital, Bridget does what she can as Ridge, Brooke, Felicia, Thorne and Rick all show up.
