Sexual references and innuendo mostly.

In a few episodes Andy runs around without any clothes on (censored).

A character Known as Tammy attempts to seduce a character more than once.

Many references to "sleeping with" each other

Andy is shown to have two broken legs because he fell into a pit, however this incident is never shown.

Season two, episode 24 ("Freddy Spaghetti"): Andy is comically hit by a car while on a motorcycle and we hear that he has broken his arm.

Season four, episode five ("Meet 'n' Greet"): Ben accidentally elbows Andy in the face, breaking his nose (we see blood covering his teeth and mouth).

In season four, episode 13 ("Bowling for Votes"), Ben gets angry after a man insults Leslie and punches him in the face (we don't see any injuries).

Overall, there's frequent comical violence with few serious injuries.

All the TV-MA curses are censored, however you still know what they are saying and there is one uncensored use of "shit" in season six

Characters frequently have alcohol at dinners, and there are several instances of characters getting drunk at clubs and bars.

Season three, episode thirteen ("The Fight"): Every character becomes extremely drunk.

Season four, episode two ("Ron & Tammys"): Tammy One, Leslie, and Ron's mother have a drinking contest with a powerful alcohol invented by the Swanson family. Leslie becomes incredibly drunk. To put a stop to the contest, Ron drinks the entire jug and is unaffected.
