I recently had the privilege of attending a preview screening of "No Talent Required". I was pleasantly surprised to find myself actually laughing at this show. Unlike pilots I have screened before, "No Talent Required" had me laughing several times, particularly during the "Khan" scene... something that any Star Trek fan will also appreciate.
The humor reminded of another show I have seen called "Arrested Development". If I recall correctly, the lead actors in "No Talent Required" whom I believe are from the UK, also wrote the show so there is a clear "British" flavor to script... which I personally enjoyed as I am a fan of European humor.
This is one of the better TV / Film pilots I've been paid to screen :)
I look forward to seeing a complete series.
