I missed the viewing of this movie at the Gene Siskel Center here in Chicago, but this highly-anticipated movie was definitely worth watching on DVD. First of all, I really enjoyed the pace of the movie. It kept me interested from beginning to end. There was only one scene that I felt could've been left out and the story's movement and resolution still have been preserved. I also liked the chemistry between one of the main characters, Detective Damien Tierney, and his partner. Their conversations with each other really seemed to flow well. I felt like the dialog between other characters was weren't as natural or as well paced. The scoring for this film was well sequenced. The music fit the scenes and the transitions between scenes. Lastly, there were some decent cinematographic moments. I am big fan of Law & Order and some of the shots made feel like I was watching one of those episodes. The overall presentation and editing was well executed. Well done!
