Hard to Watch
15 August 2011 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

Within the first 15 minutes into this movie, I could tell this was going to be awful but I stuck to and and I'm upset that I did. This movie is an utter disaster in every way, shape, and form.

When a movie is classified as a Horror/Thriller, I expect to be on the edge of my seat waiting for something spectacular to happen; unfortunately, that wasn't the case. The only thing I received was terrible acting from every character with dialogue that makes you shake your head in disgust. This fault goes to the director for not evoking any chills and especially to the actors. Either they have no acting talent (which most likely is the case) or they just didn't give any effort whatsoever. This truly is a terrible film and should be avoided at all costs.

I gave 'The Roommate' a 2/10 because Minka Kelly and Leighton Meester are gorgeous so they slightly distract the horrible film you're watching with some eye candy relief. Derek Jeter is one lucky man. His girlfriend needs to take some acting lessons, however.
