Seriously Folks This One Is Not Funny
1 November 2009 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

Both plots are very dramatic in this episode. The State of Massachusetts charges Jerry with assault when there is no doubt he is provoked. Of course the guy who gets the broken nose lies on the stand trying to get Jerry which is quite a story in itself.

The story concerning Abortion is very well presented. It not only covers womens rights about abortion and underage girls rights about abortion, but it gives an even-handed treatment to how any right can be & is abused in the world. This is the second episode dealing with Roe in the series and dramatically this one is superior to Roe V Wade The Musical although that is a good episode too. One thought this treatment also provokes is the border of when should a government be involved in personal/family issues versus when should government stay out of them.

This one is one of the better dramatic episodes on the series.
