10/10: Strong Bloody Violence Throughout

The most violent film in the "Scream" franchise.

Two teenage girls are stalked by an unknown man. One is stabbed in the chest and dies almost instantly and the other has her throat slashed and dies very slowly. We see a lot of blood on both girls.

A teenage girls stabs another in the stomach. We see her twist the knife around before stabbing her again.

A teenage girl is thrown through a window. We see a stab wound and blood covering her torso.

A teenage girl is chased through her house by a masked killer. She is stabbed in the back and thrown down a flight of stairs. The killer then closes a garage door on her back and we hear a crunching noise. Blood is seen.

A woman is stalked in a parking garage and stabbed in the stomach. She is later thrown from a roof onto a news van.

A woman is stabbed in the shoulder.

A woman is shot. We later learn that she is wearing a bulletproof vest.

A teenage boy is stabbed in the stomach.

A teenage boy is shot in the crotch and screams in pain. He is then shot in the head. Blood sprays.

A woman is stabbed in the head through a door. Blood pours from her mouth.

A teenage girl is stabbed multiple times in her stomach, back, and hand. We see the knife pierce through her hand before she is kicked into a dresser and thrown onto a bed. We see her stabbed a few more times as blood sprays on the walls. She is later seen lying on her bed with her intestines spilled out.

A teenage girl tries to stage a murder scene. She stabs herself, rips out her own hair, runs into a glass frame hanging on a wall, and falls onto a glass table in order to make herself look like a victim.

A teenage girl hits a man in the head with a bed pan.

A woman electrocutes a girl using crash cart paddles on her head.

A man is stabbed in the back.

A man is stabbed in the forehead. We see him thrashing for several seconds before he dies. (Comedic)

Two teenage boys instruct a group of other teenagers on how to play a drinking game.

The most violent and gory of the series; however, many scenes are played for laughs. The overall tone of the film is nowhere near as dark as the first three.

Intense and disturbing death scenes throughout.

Several jump scares.

One scene in particular involves a girl who's intestines are spilled out. This is the most graphic scene in the entire film.

The climax of the film is intense. Several main characters' lives are put at risk.

Although many scenes are intense and gory, there is also a comedic approach to the film.
