Episode cast overview, first billed only:

Kohn is stripped of his badge, and forced to leave town by Hale and Stahl. As Tig's plan to earn enough money from the bare-knuckle competition failed to play out, and with the IRA gun payment looming, SAMCRO scrambles to come up with the cash, leading Jax and Opie on an unexpected adventure. However, when the Sons go to meet McKeavey, they encounter a surprise. As both Clay and Tig begin to question Jax's commitment to SAMCRO, Darby presents Alvarez with an opportunity; revealing details of the Sons' IRA connection. In return for the information, he asks Alvarez to kill Clay, and, in the ensuing confusion, the rest of the Sons, allowing the Mayans to take over the IRA gun pipeline, and leaving Charming open for the Nords. Alvarez, however, has his own plans. Written by Bertaut

Preparing for war
19 November 2016 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

SAMCRO's not in a good place right now. The VP's head isn't where it should be, their IRA contact is dead, and their new one might not be around much longer, Darby's trying to take Charming out from under them, the ATF is still crawling around like cockroaches, and now the Mayans have started a war with 'em. On the bright side, Kohn's dead. Now if only that female ATF agent can find a bullet in her head ASAP, that would be great. I didn't see the ending of this episode coming at all, I was legit surprised when Kohn showed up and started a tense final 10 minutes. But now that his brains have added a nice pattern to Tara's bathroom floor, I don't think he'll be a problem any more. How in the hell is SAMCRO gonna get out of this pickle, and what'll be left of them by the end of it?
