"I think she's had enough of psychos stalking her for one day"

This episode starts with an odd moment, as Dan chases after Jay despite being nowhere to be seen at the end of the previous episode, and continues in a way that could charitably be described as patchy, with the good stuff hidden under a load of dross.

In the plus column we have the Harold/Kate saga which amuses, with Susan looking as though she wants to throttle Lou.Rachel bonding with Donna helps bring the latter into the show and there's some nice Toadie/Nicola moments.

Elsewhere, good and bad exist side by side.Steph continues to regain her backbone regarding Jay but spoils it by fixating on Toadie, picking a pointless spat with Libby and being snide to Nicola.Zeke's fears about Declan are amusing, if a bit illogical, but spoilt by a hideously unfunny and even vaguely distasteful sequence of Declan and the gang publicly humiliating for something he did by accident.

Paul and Ned going all macho is annoying but almost redeemed by the confrontation between Carmella and Jay, showing the best way to deal with a bully is to show them they're not worth bothering about.
