Hannah Montana is suffering from the 'Newer Episodes' syndrome, I think, where all the latest episodes begin to suck. This episode too is god awful! The main problem is Miley's terrible acting which is seen in abundance over here. The other problem is that most of the characters whom she meets or idolizes are rude, eg Ises over here. When she discusses about reinventing herself as a techno or something else with Lily and Oliver, she gets to be extremely unfunny, because she doesn't know how to look stupid yet funny. Her newer avatar is terrible, not because she decides to be rude, but because she decides to act horribly and sound loud and so over-the-top. Plus, I don't think her newer form was so different as she was rude and cocky from before. Therefore becoming worse in the show didn't help much. The Jackson-Rico track sucked, especially the ending. I especially hated when Jackson was totally bruised and Rico was still treating him like a dog. In the end, when they decided to be friends, I felt that they would show a bit more but it ended right there. 1 out of 10 for this catastrophic episode.
