Gerald Duglin is identified by his car registration after a shop keeper notices him with missing Lily, dressed as a boy. That leads the SRU to his home, where he has been holding Penny for eight years. Duglin escapes through a tunnel, but Penny refuses to believe the police are on the girls' side, and follows his instructions. Meanwhile Gregory fears he's losing his own son for good.
