Storyline

Gibbs has been working with a new field team for 126 days, Abby 'demands' her mates back. Missing petty officer Steven N. Vargo, top clearance at Strategic Planning, is found dead in his rented trailer. He was shot with exclusive federal ammo. His mate, NCO vet Brian Duane Roberts, is killed in a Moroccan bomb blast, where Ziva was also wounded as a Mossad anti-terrorist undercover agent. She was tipped off that Roberts was meeting a Chechen terrorist by director Vance, who only now tells Gibbs that he broke up his team because Vargo tipped him he was blackmailed by an NCIS agent, one of Gibbs's three 'recruit' Special Agents. McGee's present encryption job proves handy. Tony is dying to get off his job at sea. Written by KGF Vissers

Is Jenny really, truly, dead?

Paranoia strikes!

In the opening credits, Lauren Holly is still being treated as a full cast member, although Rocky Carroll (the new director?) isn't.... ISTR that Lauren Holly didn't get full billing until somewhere towards the end of Season 3, so that doesn't mean that Leon won't go on being the new director. But although Kate appeared in 'Kill Ari, part I', she was credited as a special guest star. Here we have Lauren Holly NOT appearing, but retaining her full credit.

It's not just a replay of the old titles because at least some of the cast (e.g. Ziva, in her slinky cabaret dress) has new cut scenes.

Sky played the season 6 sneak preview immediately following the season 5 climax. I noticed that we never saw Jenny in the morgue (although we got to see Kate, bullet hole and all, in 'Kill Ari.'
