Plot holes: Bob shows the extremist a fake news program with video footage of the Ted Williams Tunnel flooded with water to convince the terrorist that his bomb had gone off. The video footage of the flooding and smoke coming out of the tunnel is obviously CGI effects done by the unit team. But how did they do that kind of CGI effects in such a short period of time?
